Facial Specialist

A facial specialist is a person registered to perform facials in the State of Florida. A Facial is defined as the massaging or treating of the face or scalp with oils, creams, lotions, or other preparations. These services must be performed in a licensed salon.

All facial specialists in the state of Florida are required to complete 10 hours of continuing education training by October 31st every 2 years (odd-numbered years).
